An IT-related master’s degree and managerial skills (e.g. PMP, Prince2 or similar)
Five years of experience within people and project management in an IT or software company
Experience managing product development team(s)
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Ability to master complexity and work in a structured and process-oriented manner
Must present a clean criminal record
Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years
