Perform duties to test product samples to ensure that customer and company product specifications are achieved
Contribute recommendations to the development of process improvements
Maintain workflow and adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure to perform required testing on all the material for welded tube
Record production test results in computer database system and make tags and labels
Follow proper MRT procedures for any material out of specs
Perform sample preparation for test measurements
Conduct gauge repeatability studies and capability studies as per requirement
Support Quality Engineer for collecting measurements data for PPAP approvals and Annual dimensional layout
Audit product characteristics and production processes

Excellent knowledge of HAR quality standards
Excellent computer skills
Excellent mathematics skills, especially algebra, geometry, basic statistics and SPC
Basic understanding of metallurgy
Ability to read blueprints, geometric tolerancing, and dimensioning
Strong analytical, problem solving skills
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of process related standards.
Proven ability to develop successful partnerships with internal and external team members.
