Own and optimize the performance of an assigned capability or business area(s) and/or technologies, ensuring process efficiency by influencing stakeholders, requesting, and obtaining the proper tools, resources and funding to maximize business value.
Own, lead, and influence the end-to-end execution of high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business, including benefits monitoring, benefits realization.
Accountable for the buy-in and implementation of process improvement opportunities to drive business results within your portfolio(s).
Ensure priorities and recommendations are aligned with long term goals by understanding various business strategies and the impact work will have across the enterprise and business unit.
Coordinate with leaders across multiple business areas to ensure goals are aligned to overall business strategy.
Coach team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, approaches, and foundational knowledge to ensure the successful rollout and enhancements across all initiatives.

Requirements
Experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) industry. Exposure to Business Insurance is a plus.
Green Belt certification.
Black Belt certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
10 years of professional experience.
Demonstrated success in developing, planning, and leading teams to execute effective business strategies.
Proven ability to manage organizational change, cultivate talent, and align resources with core objectives.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
Collaborative partner capable of working with executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
Proactive mindset with the ability to introduce industry best practices and regulatory insights into a fast-paced, evolving environment.
6 years of experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
3 years of leading, coaching, and/or indirect or direct management experience.
