Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing in a complex or regulated environment.
Proven ability to lead teams that deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple segments.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing organizations.
Deep understanding of data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
