Represent the customer’s voice across Raytheon, promoting cross-team alignment and a unified One‑RTX approach.
Support enterprise integration through early requirements framing, mission-informed analysis, and architecture-aligned strategy development.
Facilitate collaboration across technical, programmatic, and business teams to drive coherent messaging and coordinated pursuit strategies.
Prepare strategic content for leadership engagements and Gate Reviews with clarity, precision, and alignment to enterprise objectives.
Represent Raytheon at mission and industry forums that shape the future of Joint IAMD.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of professional experience in business management, capability development and portfolio leadership, or enterprise integration or an Advanced Degree and 10+ years’ experience.
Leadership experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency or other joint defense mission portfolios (e.g., missile defense, joint fires, joint C2, or integrated air and missile defense).
Experience shaping or leading advancement across Joint Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) mission threads, guiding cross-domain initiatives involving sensors, effectors, C2, fire control, or system architectures at the enterprise, multi-program, or multi-service level.
Experience in business development, defense acquisition, program management, or mission-critical functions such as requirements shaping, portfolio planning, cost/schedule management, strategic customer engagement, or capability integration.
Experience leading multi‑disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams on joint or interagency mission efforts, with responsibility for aligning multiple organizations, coordinating decisions, and routinely engaging senior‑level stakeholders (e.g., O‑6/GS‑15, SES, Flag, COCOM, or OSD).
