Process orders efficiently: Include order verification, payment processing, and order fulfillment coordination with relevant teams (e.g., finance, production, warehouse, shipping)
Monitor inventory levels: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking
Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products, orders, or website issues
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate order assembly, shipping, and end to end support needs
Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively: Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and principles
Strong understanding of inventory & forecast management principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and results oriented
Fluency in both Chinese and English (additional fluency in German, Italian, French, or Spanish a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Experience in the server industry is a plus
Experience in sales support, order support, customer service and resolving customer inquiries is a plus
