Evaluate and onboard third-party global commerce platforms capable of absorbing financial liability and custom duties for high-value rack server imports.
Overseeing the roll-out of localized checkouts for the European and Asia eStores—integrating local currencies, VAT calculation engines, and payment methods.
Managing the technical pipeline connecting the frontend eStore with internal systems (SAP/CRM, inventory management, and production) to automate cross-border order routing.
Collaborating with legal teams to ensure the eStore infrastructure strictly adheres to European GDPR laws and equivalent privacy frameworks in Asian markets.
Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (developers), business teams (marketing/merchandising/operations) and internal function teams.
Coordinate rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT), Piolet Run to ensure all new features and promotions are bug-free before going live.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelance developers to ensure deliverables meet company standards.
Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding project milestones, risks, and resource constraints.
Managing the eStore function enhances automation and customer self-service.
Requirements
8+ years of project management experience, specifically within an eCommerce or digital retail environment
Hands-on experience managing websites built on major eCommerce platforms
Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum project management frameworks.
Proficiency with tracking software
Familiarity with how online stores connect to backend systems, such as payment gateways, ERPs, inventory management tools, and email marketing platforms
Ability to communicate effectively with web developers (understanding basic terms like API, QA, staging environment, and front-end vs. back-end)
A track record of juggling multiple time-sensitive tasks (like seasonal sales and site features) without missing deadlines
A calm under pressure mindset—ready to quickly triage and coordinate fixes when a website bug impacts live revenue
