Identify and develop new Dermalosophy account opportunities within medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, wellness clinics, entrepreneurial esthetician businesses and aesthetic practices.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, providers, estheticians, practice managers, and business owners.
Present Dermalosophy’s brand story, product positioning, and professional skincare opportunity in a clear and compelling way.
Support account onboarding and help practices understand how Dermalosophy can fit into their retail, treatment, and patient-care offerings.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects and active accounts.
Track lead activity, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Collaborate with Astanza’s internal team when additional clinical, educational, or operational support is needed.
Represent Astanza and Dermalosophy with professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Experience selling into the professional aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or wellness market.
Existing relationships with aesthetic practices or skincare professionals.
A strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship-based account development.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Confidence presenting products and business opportunities to professional accounts.
A polished, professional presence.
A passion for aesthetics, skincare, education, and helping practices grow.
Previous experience with professional skincare, aesthetic devices, injectables, practice development, or medical spa sales is strongly preferred.
