Manages the development and delivery of strategic and tactical information
Interprets and advises Senior Leadership on strategic projects/studies
Lead and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains
Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, quality, and digital/IT teams
Evaluate, select, and work with external partners
Support implementation of digital and operational solutions
Translate strategy into execution, defining KPIs, tracking progress
Identify and advance opportunities to improve care delivery

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Economics)
MBA, MPH, or equivalent experience preferred
Three (3) years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, digital health, or related field
Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
Experience working on or with digital / health technology solutions
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams
Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
