Requirements
7–10 years of professional experience , with minimum 5 years in a business analysis role
Bilingual (English/French) — fluency required
Telecom industry experience — good understanding of the sector
Cross-functional leadership — proven ability to unite diverse teams and perspectives to deliver cohesive, high-impact outcomes
Collaborative influence — experience partnering with Directors, and senior leaders; skilled at influencing without authority
Comfort with ambiguity — you create clarity, structure, and momentum in fast-evolving environments
Strong business and financial acumen — you understand the numbers and the strategy behind them
Analytical proficiency — skilled in using data and dashboards to track performance and drive accountability
Proactive and solution-oriented — curious, initiative-driven, and energized by shaping ambitious growth programs
Great-to-haves IIBA certification
Familiarity with TELUS systems and processes
Experience with AI/ML pipelines, LLMs, or NLP applications
University degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
