Deliver training programs for new hires and current employees within Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash.
Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and provide actionable feedback
Monitor and report on training impact during onboarding and ongoing development
Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update training materials
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training
Incorporate industry best practices and continuous improvement strategies into training programs
Requirements
Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field with 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field
Work experience in Cash Applications or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to engage and support diverse learners
Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience with e-learning tools and content development
