Role Overview
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility
- Collaborates with the Medical Director and the Clinical Manager/Charge Nurse regarding the provision of quality patient care
- Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports
- Coordinates all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members
- Participates in the selection and hiring of new team members
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current RN state licensure
- Experience in clinical nursing
- Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills for the position
- Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of facility personnel
