Responsible for selling cloud-based time and attendance solutions to business customers across the U.S. and Canada.
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web leads.
Conduct outbound prospecting to follow up on leads, nurture opportunities, and engage existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop quotes, present pricing, and negotiate terms to close sales.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts and channel partners.
Understand customer pain points and identify the right solutions to meet their operational needs.
Demonstrate product capabilities and features via phone, video, and email.
Provide guidance on system configuration, deployment options, and integration with payroll systems.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayClock Online software, compatible time clock hardware, and competitive differentiators.
Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS solutions, or consultative selling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite preferred).
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Consultative and customer-focused selling style.
High product curiosity and willingness to learn.
