Provide quality credit & risk solutions for customers through the fulfilment of home lending and small business processing requirements.
Identify client needs and opportunities to be appropriately referred to an established network of specialist lenders and Business Bankers within Suncorp.
Assist the Branch to manage relationships with customers within their assigned portfolio.
Assist the Branch to build relationships with new customers introduced via intermediary partners through effective Home Loan Welcome Calls.
Attend to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Proactive identification and escalation of risks and issues related to your role responsibilities.
Comply with our complaint resolution process to resolve the matter, maintain our high service standards and mitigate further risks / losses.
Accountable for maintaining high data quality standards by ensuring information captured in our systems are correct.
Collaborate with peers in the region to ensure effective support and service delivery.
Assist the Branch Manager in building confidence and capability across the branch team around lending discussions.
Requirements
Tertiary Qualifications in business, commerce, banking and/or finance are desirable.
Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base.
Demonstrated experience in Home or Personal Lending.
Demonstrated experience in financial services.
