Role Overview
- Lead and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers
- Translate technical and contractual requirements into SQE priorities
- Define and implement SQE processes and metrics for software compliance
- Coordinate supplier SQE activities
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements
- Maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, project management)
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent
- 5+ years of experience supporting software development programs
- 1+ year of experience with software quality engineering (AS9115 and/or DO-178 requirements)
- 1+ year of experience working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues
