Lead and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers
Translate technical and contractual requirements into SQE priorities
Define and implement SQE processes and metrics for software compliance
Coordinate supplier SQE activities
Identify and drive continuous process improvements
Maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, project management)
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent
5+ years of experience supporting software development programs
1+ year of experience with software quality engineering (AS9115 and/or DO-178 requirements)
1+ year of experience working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues
