Support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure environments.
Assist with virtualization platforms, server maintenance, patching activities, monitoring.
Gain hands-on exposure to production Kubernetes environments, supporting cluster operations.
Contribute to automation initiatives by writing and maintaining scripts.
Assist with troubleshooting networking and infrastructure issues, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Networking, and Engineering teams to support operations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, Production Operations, or a similar environment.
Strong Linux fundamentals, exposure to virtualization technologies.
Foundational understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Motivation to learn quickly, solve problems independently, and build new technical capabilities.
Experience with containers such as Docker.
Exposure to scripting or automation using Python or similar languages is considered an asset.
Clear communication in English, both written and verbally.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting production environments.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
