About this role
Role Overview
- Produce and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MI reports to support operational and senior stakeholders
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate into actionable insight
- Create clear visualisations and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Act as SME for Bringg and Microlise, supporting optimisation, configuration, and issue resolution
- Support routing, telematics, and transport performance, ensuring efficiency and service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and operational performance
Requirements
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset
- Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
- Experience with Transport Management Systems (e.g. Bringg, Microlise or similar)
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
