Implement dynamic content capabilities and mobile‑first rendering standards
Build and maintain performance benchmarks and share actionable insights
Standardize pre‑send QA: seed tests, rendering checks, spam filtering, link validation
Monitor inbox placement, reputation, bounces, and complaints
Ensure personalization logic is correct before every send
Run end‑to‑end fulfillment for sponsored newsletters, promotions, and content‑driven campaigns
Establish SLAs and repeatable workflows that ensure consistency and high‑quality delivery
Oversee and integrate programmatic digital advertising operations
Produce reporting packages that validate delivery, performance, and contracted fulfillment
Lead quarterly circulation audits and provide transparent documentation to support renewals

5+ years in email operations, campaign fulfillment, or circulation management
Experience in B2B media or publishing strongly preferred
Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
Deep knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, and large-scale newsletter operations
Proven ability to build operational processes and lead cross-functional teams
Background in life sciences, healthcare, or complex B2B industries is a plus
