Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and programs
Work closely with the customer to ensure action items are closed and support is provided where needed
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between customers and internal CFT
Lead CFT meetings and maintain action trackers shared internally and with the customer
Monitor project schedules and production commitments; identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery, cost, or quality
Drive resolution of issues affecting project timelines and escalate when needed to ensure timely closure
Manage and communicate internal metrics (inventory turns, quality, OTD, tariffs/duty recovery, PPV, E&O, etc.) and customer-facing metrics on a monthly or quarterly basis
Review MSA terms and conditions; coordinate with Account Management on end-of-life agreements and contract reviews
Maintain profitability per company objectives; review project costs vs. quotations to ensure margin targets are met
Present Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory to the customer monthly and drive resolution through an E&O Mitigation Plan
Support and follow all ISO standards and site 5S objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
CAPM/PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
6–8+ years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing or as a Project/Program Manager in an electronics manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
