Own end-to-end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future opportunities
Develop deep knowledge of your supported Talent Communities to match candidates with the right roles
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing sharp market intelligence to every conversation
Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, and Employee Success to drive an efficient, compliant hiring process
Partner with sourcing specialists, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver a high-touch candidate experience
Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives
Participate in global recruiting programs designed to fill current openings and build long-term pipeline health
Identify and improve broken processes — you don't walk past a problem, you fix it
Requirements
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for Sales or Distribution roles
Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience establishing relationships — both remote and in-person — with top-tier talent and key stakeholders
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
Degree or equivalent relevant experience (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, or demonstrated skills-based background)
