About this role
Role Overview
Responding to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing
Scheduling appointments with customers
Contacting previous customers for renewal and prospective customers for new services
Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of call details
Requirements
Have flexibility to work 5 days a week that includes weekend rotations
Possess the discipline to work remotely (hybrid in office and remote work schedule) once successfully approved
Be able to effectively manage potential conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing all concerns efficiently and expediently
Have a minimum of two (2) years related experience working with customers directly. Phone, dispatch and/or inbound experience a plus
Be proficient working with various computer programs, multiple screens at once and have the aptitude to master our in-house CSR program, as well as having good typing skills is a must
Have a geographical knowledge of our service area and/or map reading skills
