Support forensic engagements in matrimonial litigation, including income analysis, lifestyle analysis, tracing of separate vs. marital property, and cash flow analysis
Oversee day-to-day case workflow, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters across a variety of different industries
Provide technical guidance and review work product for quality and consistency
Contribute to staff training and professional development initiatives
Maintain current knowledge of developments in forensic accounting standards, executive compensation trends, family law, tax implications in divorce, and relevant case law
Deliver thought leadership on exec. compensation strategies, program architecture, and incentive plan design.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in executive compensation consulting, with meaningful focus on litigious matters
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior testimony experience is required
Experience managing engagements and supervising junior staff
Exposure to expert witness work and family law proceedings required
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills; ability to translate complex financial findings for legal audiences
Ability to review and synthesize large volumes of complex information and documentation
Ability to prepare written reports and deliver clear, concise, and defensible opinions
Comfortable presenting findings and providing testimony in depositions, arbitration, or court settings
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, including in adversarial or high-stakes environments
Maintain professionalism, composure, and credibility while being questioned or challenged.
