Contribute to the development and growth of AtkinsRéalis market share in waste and wastewater treatment
Represent AtkinsRéalis to existing and prospective clients
Determine the specific needs for the client’s projects, establish the scope of work, and identify steps and timelines for execution
Provide engineering services related to waste and wastewater treatment
Perform design and calculations related to project requirements
Participate in the development of technical specifications
Validate compliance with current standards and verify conformity of specifications and other documents produced by suppliers
Estimate the cost of the work
Coordinate between various stakeholders (other disciplines, clients, suppliers, etc.)
Maintain a climate conducive to applying ethical and professional practices in executing engineering work
Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the position.

Bachelor’s degree in process engineering
Member in good standing of the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC)
15 to 20 years of relevant experience in liquid processes such as waste and wastewater
Experience in consulting engineering would be considered an asset
Understanding and knowledge of systems and processes related to waste & wastewater management
Solid knowledge of equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, filtration systems
Strong capability in preparing and reviewing deliverables such as PDF, P&ID, mass and heat balance, data sheets, technical specifications
Experience in managing service proposal processes and business development
Ability to coach, mentor, and support junior professionals.
