This job is responsible for executing on client service activities by answering general inquiries, performing account maintenance, assisting with online access and website navigation, and executing and confirming trade orders initiated by self-directed clients.
Key responsibilities include uncovering additional client needs, deepening existing relationships, and referring clients to partner businesses.
Trade Elevation Senior Investment Specialists deliver phone based support to internal and external clients.
The team is leveraged to manage frontline risk through answering inquiries regarding buying power, margin, investment products, trading, market mechanics and corporate action inquiries.
Team members develop an expert understanding of internal policies, procedures and processes to leverage in their role of providing frontline risk mitigation.
Requirements
Licensing requirements are as follows: Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 equivalent).
You have enough knowledge and experience to discuss the use of margin, equity and option trading, and related trading violations with clients.
Must be comfortable with the Merrill Edge platform/website and client order entry procedure and understand the products and services provided by our firm.
Flexible and productive in your current role.
You are a self-starter who can work independently, collaborates with others, and is a very good communicator.
