About this role

Perform full-lifecycle software engineering functions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives.
Develop technical solutions requiring collaboration with internal experts.
Configure, customize, and maintain core IT Service Management modules.
Maintain CMDB health and accuracy.
Support implementation and roadmap of advanced platform features.
Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members.
Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment.

Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or have the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ certification or obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
Hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM applications.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
