About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the "Single Point of Truth" for customers once the sale is closed
Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to long-term partnership
Manage a diverse portfolio with strategic and scalable engagement
Identify early warning signs to prevent churn and ensure renewals
Lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews with decision makers
Drive contract renewals and identify expansion/upsell opportunities
Act as the "Internal Quarterback," orchestrating efforts across teams to deliver value
Requirements
Experience in customer success or account management
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with strategic engagement and process-driven management
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in engaging executive-level stakeholders
Ability to lead impactful business reviews and identify upsell opportunities
