About this role
Role Overview
- Identify, capture and leverage opportunities within our flow architecture to optimize manufacturing processes
- Propose and implement structuring and development initiatives to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain technology watch on processes and simulation technologies using digital twins
- Oversee the deployment of digital twins by coordinating our integrators and suppliers
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics or industrial methods
- Proven industrial experience in optimizing production flows
- Proficiency in flow optimization and digitalization of industrial processes
- Strong interest in flow simulation, digital twins, virtual reality and augmented reality
- Good knowledge of aerospace products and manufacturing technologies (assembly, electronics, mechanical, ...)
- Mastery of production line design and optimization techniques and associated Lean tools
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D methodology, 5 Whys, Kaizen, ...) and the APQP approach
- Interpersonal skills to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Leadership, autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate and innovate
