Assume responsibility for sales activities of our innovative visualization products for endoscopy after an intensive onboarding/training period.
Responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales territory in the greater Lippstadt/Paderborn/Kassel/Fulda area.
Conduct targeted new-customer acquisition and support existing customers regarding the use and application of our products.
Implement marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with management, based on your market analysis.
Conduct negotiations with operating room (OR) management, chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments.
Prepare and process needs-based customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
Advise and train medical and nursing staff on the application of our products, e.g., in the OR or in workshops.
Participate in internal meetings to expand your expertise and attend trade shows, congresses and business meetings to identify potential new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Requirements
At least 1 year of sales experience with complex, consultative products.
Industry knowledge in medical technology (MedTech), e.g., as an operating room technician (OTA) or in comparable roles within the industry.
Strong communication skills, creativity and flexibility.
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
Possession of a valid Class B driving license (car).
Business-fluent German and good English skills.
Preferred: Degree in medical technology, engineering or business/economics.
Experience building long-term sustainable customer relationships and generating new business.
Experience interacting confidently with C-level executives.
