Role Overview
- Drive development of risk processes, incident management, key risk indicators, etc.
- Lead and drive the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process
- Review and follow up on solvency reporting
- QRTs, the SFCR and RSR
- Conduct and lead risk workshops with management and experts
- Report and present quarterly risk reports to board of directors
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum of 5 years of risk management, control, or audit experience within the insurance industry
- Ability to facilitate outstanding relationships across the organization
- Integrity
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken in English and/or Swedish
- Understanding of operational risk management in a regulated financial company
- Strong team player skills but with the drive to deliver on individual goals
