Independently process, record and coordinate customer orders for project-based business
Point of contact for internal material procurement, including independent handling and follow-up
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments to ensure smooth order and material flow
Maintain, manage and update order-related data in the CRM system
Handle general commercial correspondence and support administrative day-to-day operations
Monitor delivery dates, coordinate order details and ensure on-time processing
Support the optimization of internal processes in order management and order processing

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in order processing and administrative roles is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
Very good PC and IT skills and confident use of standard MS Office applications
Ideally, experience with CRM or ERP systems
High resilience and flexibility with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured and efficient way
Team player with an independent, solution-oriented approach
Excellent German language skills and good English skills
