About this role
Role Overview
Engage with customers to discover their needs and provide tailored solutions
Welcome customers in-branch and over the phone, making positive first impressions
Ensure accurate customer record maintenance, particularly for vulnerable customers
Proactively reach out to customers and maintain service quality standards
Understand and adhere to company policies, with support through training and coaching
Requirements
Previous experience of interacting with customers
Ability to work well alongside others with a ‘one-team’ mindset
Ability to manage time effectively and handle varied customers during busy days
Desire to grow, adapt, and change while accommodating business needs
Experience in a contact centre environment is desirable but not mandatory
Background in retail, food & beverage, guest services, or health/care sector is acceptable
