Requirements
Proven experience in a financial role
Clear understanding of credit markets and best practice in lending
Ability to analyse and interpret complex corporate situations
Anticipate future business trends and evaluate strategic options
Background in providing imaginative and creative solutions to complex problems
Strong understanding of the relevant businesses and underlying products
Ability to communicate with impact to senior level within the business
Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills
Proven ability to formulate or deliver a business strategy
