As a Business & Data Analyst within the Strategic Sourcing team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across global procurement activities. You will be responsible for managing critical data assets, delivering high-quality analytics and reporting, and supporting sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency, and governance.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including category managers and executive leadership, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance tender outcomes, supplier performance visibility, and contract management. You will also contribute to the optimisation of sourcing processes through structured data analysis, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working with data, building insights, and influencing strategic decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.
Requirements
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
High attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets while ensuring accuracy and consistency
Hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, reporting)
Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and structured way to different stakeholders
Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build effective relationships across global teams
Willingness to learn new tools and systems, including e-sourcing and contract management platforms
Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles (procurement exposure is a plus)
Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field is beneficial but not essential
