Lead incident rectification activities including root cause investigation, customer impact assessment, and remediation planning and execution.
Collaborate closely with Incident Managers and stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, GSD, Trustee Office, Product, Transformation, and Technology teams to ensure effective incident resolution.
Support accurate breach and investigation reporting to regulators and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the design and implementation of preventive measures and enhanced controls to reduce future operational errors.
Assist with peer review, coaching, and continuous improvement of rectification processes within the Incidents Team.
Requirements
Relevant experience in incident management or rectification within a financial services or regulated environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate root causes and assess customer and fund impacts.
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment focused on compliance and operational risk.
