Manage Financial Lines claims with a focus on client advocacy and quality service
Support clients from initial notification through to settlement, providing clear advice and helping protect their interests throughout the claims process
Provide guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, including supporting clients where indemnity is declined
Respond to client and broker queries and liaise with insurers, claimants and external service providers
Manage moderate to complex claims in line with company processes and Client Service Agreements
Identify matters for referral and work with the Advocacy team on claims-related issues
Requirements
Experience in insurance claims, ideally within Financial Lines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, insurers and other stakeholders
Experience managing claims with attention to process, detail and client outcomes
