Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages
Support consolidation processes across multiple businesses and entities
Preparation and filing of SEC documents and compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations
Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business and strategic decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to support reporting accuracy and efficiency
Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audit requests as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting processes and workflows
Ensure timely completion of assigned reporting deliverables and deadlines
Utilize ERP systems and financial tools to support reporting and analysis activities
Support other accounting and financial reporting projects and initiatives as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
CPA required
5+ years of progressive accounting and/or financial reporting experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in finance and accounting principles
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
Experience supporting public company reporting activities or SEC-related filings preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools; ERP system experience preferred
