Ensure implementation, operation, and improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across manufacturing sites
Provide user support, manage change requests, and lead MES deployments
Collaborate with Operations, Process Owners, SCADA Engineering, vendors, and IT infrastructure
Support the global OT Application strategy
Conduct site assessments, lead MES rollouts, and ensure compliance with regulations

Professional bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial automation, chemical engineering, or related technical field
2–5 years of experience in MES support, implementation, or administration in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ISA-95 / ISA-88 standards
Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and system integration (OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs)
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Basic knowledge in SAP MM/PP
English proficiency (spoken and written) is required
Willingness to travel to plant sites (up to 40%)
