Ensure reliable implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems across manufacturing sites globally
Provide day-to-day user support, manage change requests, and lead MES deployments and upgrades at local plants
Work closely with Operations, Global and Regional Process Owner, SCADA Engineering, OT vendors, ERP Application Management, and IT infrastructure
Maintain and update the MES knowledge base, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
Manage MES change requests from intake through implementation, ensuring proper assessments, testing, and deployment

At least a professional bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial automation, chemical engineering, or a related technical field
2–5 years of experience in MES support, implementation, or administration in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industry
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ISA-95 / ISA-88 standards
Expertise in system integration (OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs)
SQL and relational databases proficiency
Knowledge in object-oriented coding (e.g. JAVA)
Basic understanding of SAP MM/PP
