Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in preparing management accounts, statutory accounts, and variance analysis
Strong working knowledge of VAT and corporation tax compliance; experience liaising with external advisors
Hands-on involvement in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Skilled in balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial control frameworks
Xero experience essential; strong Excel skills required; familiarity with tools like Power BI is a plus
Confident working with non-finance stakeholders; able to present financial information clearly
Detail-oriented, proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
