About this role
Role Overview
- Provide pragmatic support to financial-sector clients (Private Equity) on ESG aspects of their investments.
- Conduct ESG due diligence audits during transactions, assess regulatory data, and prepare ESG reports.
- Contribute to projects that define sustainability objectives, develop responsible investment strategies, and design frameworks for investors.
- Participate in the design of corporate ESG (environmental, social, and governance) strategies.
- Support the development of tools to integrate ESG factors into investment processes.
Requirements
- Ideally 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an ESG/sustainability consultant
- Master’s degree in finance, environmental management, environmental engineering, or another relevant discipline
- Strong English proficiency required (C1 level)
- Solid understanding of ESG risks and opportunities in financial sectors and corporates
- Strong knowledge of sustainability regulatory requirements (e.g., UN PRI, CDP, GRESB, ESG ratings, NZIF, EU Green Deal (SFDR/Taxonomy/CSRD), etc.)
- Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint required
- Data management skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI) are a plus.
