Role Overview
- Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram).
- Optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic optimizations.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
- Write compelling ad copy and contribute ideas for creative assets and campaign messaging.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
- Participate in client meetings to review results, discuss strategy, and provide recommendations.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights that clients can easily understand.
- Set clear expectations and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Support funnel optimization and lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project updates using internal tools.
- Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high-quality execution and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Proven success generating leads for local businesses.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting campaign results.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pool services, etc.).
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with funnel-building strategies and lead generation best practices.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Figma experience
