You coordinate a smooth process for accident victims: from damage assessment to the successful enforcement of all claims
You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
You assert all claims of our fairforce clients using modern Legal‑Tech tools
You organize and arrange appraisers, rental cars and other network partners
You support our clients with empathy and solution‑focused guidance during a difficult situation

At least 2 years of experience handling motor vehicle accident claims (proof required)
Confident use of a laptop and common software solutions
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Customer‑oriented, structured and solution‑focused way of working
At least 1 year of experience in client consulting (desirable)
