About this role
Role Overview
Lead commercial-facing activities supporting the global redeployment and asset optimization strategy
Identify excess or underutilized field assets through entitlement models, lifecycle management insights, and commercial performance analysis
Partner closely with internal and external sales organizations to facilitate targeted asset pullback activities
Serve as a critical link between commercial teams and global redeployment operations by ensuring visibility to projected asset returns, timing, and redeployment opportunities
Support the development of scalable best practices, governance, and operating mechanisms for global redeployment capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management or other Business roles
Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics, identify patterns and drivers, and implement data-driven changes to improve forecast accuracy and reliability
Strong communication, advocacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies in a complex, matrix environment
People leadership skills, including the ability to develop and lead diverse teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Proven expertise in process management and leading cross-functional global projects
Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Demonstrated financial acuity, with the ability to link operational decisions to business financial outcomes, including cost optimization and capital efficiency
Other Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.
