About this role
Role Overview
Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support short
and long-term planning activities
Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor utilization, efficiency, and service levels
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing
Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, HR, and planning teams to support decision-making
Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating process effectiveness and data accuracy
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field)
Typically requires 2–4 years of relevant work experience in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, or a related analytical role
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or workforce planning systems)
Experience preparing clear, actionable reports and presentations for business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech environment preferred
Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, or labor optimization methodologies preferred
Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Strong communication and collaboration skills
