About this role
Role Overview
Analyze capital data, transactions, and performance metrics to support reporting and decision‑making
Support tracking and reconciliation of capital assets, programs, or investments in alignment with company policies
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to capital activity and performance
Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support capital processes and issue resolution
Assist with identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to capital utilization and controls
Support documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of capital‑related processes
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and data accuracy standards
Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and customer or stakeholder experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, capital analysis, business analysis, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to analyze data and translate results into clear insights
Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting or analytics tools
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
Experience supporting capital equipment, asset management, or order‑to‑cash processes (preferred)
Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (preferred)
Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences (preferred)
