About this role
Role Overview
As a District Manager in pharmacy field sales, you are responsible for your own sales territory in the Munich East area.
You actively drive growth in your region and visibly develop our brands Dolormin®, Imodium® and Aveeno® in the market.
You manage your sales territory independently and achieve targets related to revenue and market share.
You use data, insights and digital tools to optimally prepare your visits and to exploit potential opportunities.
You conduct convincing sales conversations based on scientific, category and commercial arguments.
You ensure excellent execution at the point of sale, focusing on distribution, visibility, promotions and recommendations.
You build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and continuously expand your network within the pharmacy sector.
You actively monitor the market and work with internal interfaces to derive targeted measures.
You organize your day-to-day activities efficiently and use digital tools for planning, reporting and analysis.
You contribute to events, trade shows and special projects.
Requirements
Ideally 2 years of sales experience in the German pharmacy channel with a proven track record in over-the-counter (OTC) medicines or skincare products
Initial sales experience — preferably in the pharmacy environment (OTC, Consumer Health, Skincare) or in a comparable industry (e.g., FMCG)
Pharmaceutical sales representative training is an advantage
High self-initiative, strong results orientation and a structured way of working
Enjoy working independently and actively driving results
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident handling of data and digital tools
Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
