You are fully responsible for your sales territory, with a focus on revenue, profitability and market share
You proactively identify business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth
You lead, coach and develop your field sales team, creating a high‑performance culture
You leverage data to sustainably improve sales excellence and KPI performance
You work closely with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain and actively shape the development of your region
You manage forecasts and plan your business proactively
You implement our go‑to‑market strategy (including Perfect Store, value‑based selling, Revenue Growth Management)
You contribute beyond your territory — for example through strategic, channel‑level projects

Several years of sales experience in the pharmacy channel (OTC, consumer health or skincare), ideally with a demonstrable track record
Experience leading and developing teams
University degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., certified pharmaceutical sales representative/Pharmareferent is a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset, high self‑initiative and strong results orientation
Ability to inspire, develop and sustainably lead teams to success
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Confident handling of data and digital tools
Excellent German and English language skills
