About this role
Role Overview
You will take full responsibility for your sales territory and drive measurable growth in sales and market share
You will use data and modern tools to identify potential and expand it strategically
You will build sustainable customer relationships and become a trusted partner in the pharmacy environment
You will implement our iconic brands Dolormin, Imodium and Aveeno visibly and successfully in store (availability, visibility, promotions)
You will actively shape the growth of our brands in the pharmacy market and help consumers make better health decisions through informed advice
Independently prepare sales meetings based on category
and science-based arguments
Successful in-store management with particular focus on availability, visibility, promotions and recommendations
Requirements
Initial sales experience – ideally in the pharmacy sector or FMCG/retail
University degree is an advantage
Completed pharmaceutical sales representative training is an advantage
High degree of initiative, leadership and an agile mindset combined with a solution
and results-oriented working style
Resilience, commitment and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
You work data-driven and use digital tools to identify and grow customer potential
Fluent German, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage
