You own the entire product lifecycle and report directly to the CEO
You act as the central bridge between Sales, Support, integration teams, and external partners on one side, and Product Development on the other
You capture requirements from Sales, Support, integration teams, and external partners in a structured way, challenge and prioritize them, and translate them into a clear product roadmap
You elevate existing product processes to the next level of maturity — requirements intake, prioritization, roadmapping, and release communication — making them scalable for further growth
You lead and develop the current Product Owners and teams — sharpening and improving structures rather than reinventing them
You actively shape our agentic product data layer: from discovery of new agents through quality assurance to rollout
You help drive SaaS professionalization beyond the product itself — including billing/pricing, customer onboarding, and the operational processes of a mature SaaS company
You work in a data-driven way: you define metrics, validate hypotheses, and justify trade-offs transparently (including a clear “no”)
You roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on when something isn’t working — rather than just delegating
Requirements
Native-level German speaker
Several years’ experience as a Product Manager in SaaS/B2B, ideally during the scaling phase ("1 to 10"), with practical experience building AI products
Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle (discovery through iteration)
Experience building and professionalizing scalable product processes
Experience leading and developing product and engineering teams, ideally distributed and international (in our case: Germany & Vietnam)
A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for AI agents, with an instinct for designing products around orchestrated, modular agent systems (interplay, human-in-the-loop, quality assurance, reliability)
