Contribute creative ideas to elevate our social media ads to the next level
Analyze the performance of our videos and work closely with our performance marketing team to achieve optimal results
Bring our videos to life with professional overlays and engaging animations, including calls-to-action and end cards
Research current trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements
Passion for video editing and marketing
Experience in editing social ads (optional: a degree or comparable training in media design, marketing or similar) — skills are more important than your degree
Agency experience in e-commerce
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
Experience with After Effects is a plus
An eye for detail and aesthetics in visuals, sound and music selection
Ability to combine creative cutting/editing with direct-response marketing principles
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
